With the festival of lights coming this weekend, everyone would have scheduled their plans for the weekend. The crackers sales have gone down a bit this year but the prices have sky rocketed this time again. There is an awareness being raised among people to burst fewer crackers and contribute less pollution to the environment. But the most concerning thing is that there are many crackers that are being burst during many games in order to celebrate. This causes a lot of pollution. There needs to be awareness about pollution level among larger corporate organizations than common man. We need to change the people’s view or else the damage caused might change the face of the entire planet.
SMOKING – A HABIT AIDING ECONOMY AND DESTROYING PEOPLE
The number of people smoking across the world has increased a lot and it is estimated that twenty five percent of the youth across the globe smoke. This bad habit has now become a trend with youngsters starting to smoke at an age of fourteen or fifteen. Apart from spoiling one’s own health, one pollutes the environment. It is said the passive smoking is more injurious to health than active smoking. If one is aware about this and cares about the surroundings, they must try to give up smoking. Next time one smokes, he/she must think about the damage caused to others. If they are unmoved, they can smoke and destroy themselves.

REGULAR EXERCISE FOR HEALTHY LIFE
Most people these days are involved in bench work that does not involve physical activity. Hence the body tends to become weak without any physical exercise. Therefore one becomes obese and faces several health problems in his/her life. However, doing regular exercise for about half hour everyday helps a person to be fit and healthy. Many people do different kind of exercises like walking, jogging, cycling, yoga etc. All these are the best exercises for the common man. However swimming and roller skating tops the list in best work outs. But these two physical activities are not much popular among many common people. Whatever the exercise might be, the only aim is to stay fit physically and mentally.
